If the item received damage during shipping please note with the shipping company and contact us to resolve the problem. If you simply wish to return the item because you don't need it or it was the wrong one. Please include your name and order number (or the invoice if you still have it) in the box with the part. Refunds are generally processed within 1 week of receiving the return (shipping cost is not refundable). Buyer is responsible for shipping cost back to us. you can ship it back for a full refund of the items cost after we receive it.
