Buying Guide

Place Order

(1) Please click on the "Join Free" button to create a new account if you don't have one before. Do keep your password well, please.
(2) Only E-mail address, name and password are required to register an account and it doesn't need to be tied to your payment account.
(3) ZIP/Postal Code & Phone Number are required information for the local postman to quickly find you.
(4) You can leave your order requirements in the "Remark" column: Packing, Declared Value, Item Description, etc.
(5) Click "Place Your Order" the button underneath to jump to the payment page.
(6) You will receive an E-mail when you finish the payment. And after your order are shipped, you will receive another E-mail with package information.

Revise Order

(1) If the order is not paid, you can revise the order information on the order details page.
(2) The order paid but has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service staff to revise the information.

Invoice

If you need an invoice for your order, please indicate it in the "Remark" column of the order page or contact us after your order is shipped out. It will be sent to your E-mail.

Get Free Samples

We supply free samples if the total amount of your order is over 500 US dollars.
If your order is under 500 US dollars, we would ask you to pay for the shiping cost.

Terms & Conditions
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement E-mail confirming receipt of your order. This E-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by E-mail that the items which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those items listed in the confirmation E-mail sent at the tiem of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Partnership Agreement
With the principles of mutual rights and interests, SouthMarine and you will make an agreement on mold tooling and relevant exclusivity as the following:
1, You authorizes SouthMarine to produce mairne parts and relative mold. You pay for the mold tooling and you hereby shall enjoy the exclusive rights to the mold. It is forbidden for SouthMarine to give the mold to others to produce competitive parts without your consent.
2, If the mold is transferred to others through SouthMarine without any permission, SouthMarine shall reimburse all mold expenses.
3, Due to other people's imitation mold, competing products appear in the market and economic losses to you, SouthMarine does not undertake any responsibility in this case.
4, This agreement can be modified and become effective only when both parties make an agreement about the content.
5, This agreement is valid dating from the day after you pay the mold fees.
