Q1. What products do you make?

Our products includes carburetors and repair kits, fuel pumps, electrical parts, starter motors, shafts and gears, gaskets, remote control boxes and spare parts, switches, water pump parts, propellers and hardware parts, fuel hoses and fuel tanks etc.


Q2. What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q3. Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q4. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

Q6. Where is your company?
We are located in Hangzhou, which is an port city in southern China.

Q7. Can you produce according to the sample?
Yes. We can produce by your samples or technical drawing.

Q8. Do you have the products in stock?
Usually, as showing on the item link page, the inventory quantity displayed on the page is the real quantity. If it shows that there is out stock, please contact us, We can arrange production urgently for you.

Q9: Do you send Packages COD(Cash On Delivery)?
SouthMarine is located in China. Please understand that COD is not allowed. All orders must be pre-paid.

Q10: Do I have to pay any extra taxes?
If the weight of the package is relatively light, We can declare the value according to your requirements. You have to know about the import duty rule of your country before placing orders. As we know, many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples and goods with a certain stated value.
If there is a tariff, the buyer needs to bear it.


Q11:When is customer service hours?
Due to the time difference, our business time is PST 5:00PM-3:00AM, During this period, you will receive our prompt reply. Other time, please feel free to contact us by email, we will reply you in 12 hours.

Q12: How do you compute the total shipping costs?
The estimated shipping cost on the product sales page should not deviate much, if there are special circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible. The shipping costs are directly related to the weight of the package. In addtion, we factor in an addtional amount to cover packing materials, and any special handing considerations that may be required to ship the package. Needless to say, we will not make any profit with the shipping costs.

Q13: Do you offer express delivery service, such as Fedex/UPS/DHL?
Yes. However, You have to know about the import duty rule of your country before placing orders. we must be pretty sure before the shipment that you have the ability of customs clearance rather than it would be detained by the customs.

Q14: Why are my orders shipped from different places?
SouthMairne has warehouses around the world: USA, CHINA. Determine the shipping warehouse according to the inventory of each warehouse and the distribution warehouse you choose. Once overseas warehouse is out of stock, your items will be shipped from China.

Q15: What happens if my package is lost?
This depends mostly upon how it was shipped out. In general, we have very few problems with the lost with any of our shipping carriers. And the shipping delay happens occasionally, if you believe your package is lost, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to track it down.

Q16: What happens if my package becomes damaged?
If your package was damaged in shipment, please try to have a contact with the local shipping couriers for a compensation. If you got nothing from them, please email us and take some photos of the damaged part and package, we will arrange a replacement or refund by the damaged status.

Q17: I placed my order last week, why haven't I seen any tracking information?
Normally it takes less than 3 business days to prepare your order. And we guarantee it won't last more than a week. The tracking information usually lags behind the actual delivery. Please contact us if you have any concerns. We will pay much more attention until you receive the order.

Q18: I specified one method of shipping, why did it arrive using a different method?
In consideration of changeable circumstance, we will use the most stable logistics channels to ensure you receive your order smoothly. We guarantee that there is no additional charge.

Q19: Can I have a bill of my order to show to the customs?
Yes. Please leave a message if you need the receipt of your payment. It will be sent to your registered email address.
